The Service is an online SaaS warehouse management system and constitutes digital content not provided on a tangible medium. Under Article 2 Paragraph 5 of the Executive Yuan’s Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Distance-Selling Right of Rescission, the 7-day right of rescission under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act does not apply.

All plans include a free trial — please use the trial to fully evaluate whether the Service meets your needs. No charges apply during the trial period.

No refunds are available after a paid subscription begins. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the admin panel; the Service will end at the close of the current billing cycle.
