Home/Core Architecture/Omnichannel Order Automation

FEATURE

01. Omnichannel Order Automation

Automatically connect to Shopee, MOMO, Coupang, Shopline, PChome and other major platforms. Pulled into a single system that allocates stock and schedules picking and shipping — every order is handled end-to-end by the platform.

Pain Points

  • Shopee, Momo, your own site, retail stores — orders pour in from every channel.
  • Manually downloading, reconciling, allocating stock, arranging shipping eats half the day.
  • One missed or mis-shipped order means complaints and bad reviews.

Core Highlights

01

Every channel's orders flow into one system

Connect Shopee, Momo, Coupang, ShopLine, LiteShop, MoPlus — orders sync in real time, no more logging into each back office to export them. Schedule pull intervals and the system fires on time. For non-integrated channels, batch-import via Excel or enter orders directly in the system.

02

Each channel, its own shipping rules

Different channels have different expiry, logistics, and packaging requirements. Configure each one independently:

  • Expiry control: Momo requires at least 6 months of remaining shelf life — set the rule and non-compliant stock is skipped automatically, no shipping near-expiry items
  • Auto-routing logistics: oversized orders that won't fit in convenience-store pickup, overweight orders, outlying-island deliveries — the system picks the right carrier by volume, weight, and ZIP code
  • Per-channel pick fees: different channels have different picking costs — bill rates are configured separately for cleaner accounting
03

Free gifts and add-ons handled automatically

During promotions — buy $1,000 get a gift, buy product A get a free sample — set the rule once and the system adds the right items as orders come in. When the promotion ends the system stops automatically, no over-giving and no missed gifts. Four trigger types supported: order amount, order weight, item count, and presence of a specific product.

04

Automatic FEFO stock allocation

The moment an order is placed, the system locks stock by FEFO (first-expire-first-out). A two-stage mechanism — reserve, then confirm — ensures multiple channels arriving simultaneously don't double-deduct stock. Oversells are eliminated.

05

Real-time inventory sync back to every channel

Push actual WMS stock back to every connected channel at any time, at a configurable ratio. Sync runs automatically on inbound, and managers can fire it manually with one click to push the latest state to all channels. Set a release ratio (for example, expose only 80% of real stock) to keep a safety buffer and prevent simultaneous oversells across channels.

More Capabilities

  • 01Unknown SKUs logged automatically: unregistered codes don't block orders — they're parked for matching
  • 02Real-time order interception: flagged orders can be stopped with one click before shipping
  • 03Smart partial shipping: when some items are out of stock, ship what's available — don't stall the whole order
  • 04Major carriers integrated: home delivery, convenience-store pickup, outlying-island shipping — all wired in
