FEATURE

06. QC & Label Printing

Scan-based QC, packing, and label printing — one station, one workflow, no system switching.

Pain Points

  • QC finishes and you have to switch to another system to print labels, then come back to update the status.
  • One outbound order touches three different tools — every break in the flow is another chance for errors.
  • When peak season hits and volume spikes, every extra step doubles the wait time.

Core Highlights

01

Scan-based QC — item by item, nothing missed

Scan the outbound order number to enter QC, then scan each product barcode to verify SKU and quantity. Supports large/medium/small unit barcodes — scanning a case can validate multiple items at once. Wrong SKU or quantity is blocked on the spot.

02

Serialized items bound by scan

For items that require serial-number tracking (consumer electronics, luxury, medical devices), scan each serial during QC and the system binds it to that shipment automatically. Supports bulk-entry of a whole case of serials in one paste (using a separator), no need to key each one.

03

Multi-box packing, auto-split parcels

When one outbound order has too many items to fit in a single box, each tap on "add box" creates a new parcel — the system records exactly which items and quantities went into each. Oversized orders flow through cleanly, multi-box shipments stay crystal clear.

04

QC done, label printed — one continuous flow

Once QC passes, the system calls the carrier's API to fetch a tracking number and generate the waybill, printing it directly. No system switching, no manual tracking-number entry. Connects directly with 10+ carriers; home delivery and convenience-store pickup label formats are handled automatically.

05

QC lock — no duplicate QC

Only one operator can QC a given outbound order at a time. The system locks it automatically — if anyone else scans the same order, they see "locked by [user]", preventing double-work or overwritten progress.

More Capabilities

  • 01Packing material logging: record box types, tape, and other consumables used during QC — track consumable usage
  • 02Parcel weighing: per-box actual weight and dimensions can be logged for more accurate carrier billing
  • 03Pick-list printing: generate a packing-detail PDF before QC; supports custom templates and paper sizes
  • 04QC handover: if the previous operator stops mid-QC, take over with one tap — no progress lost
