GoWarehouse offers three plans: Standard (US$ 429/mo, for brand e-commerce and SMBs), Professional (US$ 1,199/mo, for large brands and 3PL operators with multi-tenant management and automated billing), and Enterprise (custom quote, for retail chains and multinational enterprises with custom development and deep ERP integration).
The key differences are multi-tenant management and advanced feature modules. Standard fits single-tenant in-house use; Professional adds multi-tenant management, automated billing, tenant admin panel, serial-number tracking, mobile APP, processing-order BOM, safety-stock monitoring, and more — ideal for 3PL operators serving multiple brand tenants.
Annual billing saves roughly 29-45%. Standard annual is US$ 2,999 (just US$ 8/day, equivalent to US$ 250/mo); Professional annual is US$ 9,999 (just US$ 28/day, equivalent to US$ 833/mo).
Overage is billed at US$ 0.003/pc. For example, Standard caps at 100K pcs/mo — if you ship 120K, the extra 20K costs US$ 60. Enterprise is per contract.
Trials are fully featured. Standard and Professional get 7 days; Enterprise gets 30 days. If you don't subscribe after the trial ends, the account is suspended and data is retained for 30 days for export.
GoBot is the built-in AI assistant inside WMS (prepaid credits, billed by token usage). Standard includes 600 credits, Professional includes 2,500 credits, Enterprise is per contract. When credits run out, you can top up, or pair with the monthly Vanta × Claude subscription for advanced AI capabilities.
Vanta × Claude is a monthly subscription (US$ 3/mo, requires the user to hold a Claude subscription) — separate from GoBot's prepaid credits. Enterprise can negotiate it into the contract; other plans enable it as a monthly add-on.
