Privacy Policy

This Policy applies to personal data you provide, or that is automatically collected by the system, when you use GoWarehouse. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from this site; each such site has its own privacy policy and the Company assumes no joint liability for them.

The personal data we collect falls into the following categories:

(a) Data you provide directly

• Account registration: name, email, username, password
• Organization information: company name, tax ID, address, phone
• Billing information: billing name, billing address, tax ID, e-invoice carrier ID, donation code

(b) Order-related data

• Recipient name, phone, address and email from your customers, imported for shipping purposes
• This data is imported by you for business operations; the Company acts solely as a data processor storing it on your behalf

(c) Data the system collects automatically

• Login records: login time, login count, IP address
• Device information: browser type, operating system, mobile push token
• Audit logs: actions performed, timestamp, IP address, User-Agent

Personal data we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

1. Providing, maintaining and improving the Service’s features
2. Account verification, identity confirmation and security protection
3. Billing, invoice issuance and subscription management
4. Troubleshooting system issues and security auditing
5. Customer service and technical support
6. Cooperating with judicial or competent authorities’ investigations as required by law

Without your consent, the Company will never provide, exchange, rent or sell your personal data to any third party.

1. Passwords are stored hashed with bcrypt; the Company cannot recover the plaintext
2. API keys and integration credentials are stored encrypted with AES-256
3. Only authorized personnel may access personal data; contracted processors are bound by confidentiality obligations
4. The site uses HTTPS for encrypted transport; session cookies are set with HttpOnly and Secure attributes

1. The Service offers automatic de-identification of order data; you may configure the retention window after which the system will automatically mask recipient name, phone and address fields
2. Account data is retained for 30 days after you terminate the Service, then permanently deleted
3. Audit logs are retained for the period required by applicable law
4. You may contact the Company at any time to request earlier deletion of your data

The Service is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Your data may be stored in data centers outside Taiwan; the Company ensures that such data centers maintain a level of personal data protection comparable to that required under Taiwan law.

The Service (the GoWarehouse WMS system) uses strictly necessary cookies to maintain your login state and enable the system to function. The WMS system does not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising-tracking tools. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect normal use of the Service.

This clause covers cookie use inside the WMS system only. Cookie and tracking-tool use on the Company’s marketing sites (gowarehouse.asia and similar) is covered by the separate Website Cookie Policy.

Under the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

1. Inquire about or request access to your data
2. Request a copy of your data
3. Request supplementation or correction
4. Request that collection, processing or use be stopped
5. Request deletion

To exercise these rights, please contact us via the channels below. The Company will respond within 15 business days of receiving your request.

The Company reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page; material changes will be notified to you by email. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for the latest version.
