During QC, the system auto-starts the camera and overlays scanned-item info on the video in real time. Footage is uploaded to the cloud and filed by outbound order number. When a complaint comes in, retrieve the QC video by order number — shipping error rates drop to 0.01%.
When an operator enters QC, the system starts the camera automatically. The whole scan, verify, and pack process is captured — no extra buttons to press, both hands stay on the QC.
Every product scan overlays the SKU name and quantity onto the recording in real time. When you review later, you don't have to guess "what was being scanned at this moment" — video and item data are perfectly in sync, evidence becomes airtight.
Once QC is marked complete, the system runs a 60-second countdown before stopping the recording — giving the operator time to finish sealing the box. The final packing step stays in the recording, no premature cutoff.
When recording ends, the video uploads to cloud storage automatically and is filed by outbound order number. No local disk space consumed, no risk of file loss. To retrieve, search by order number inside the system — view online or download.
Not just outbound QC — return inspections also support recording. The condition of returned items, whether anything is damaged, the unboxing — all on tape. Return disputes get visual evidence too.
