The question mid-size ecommerce teams ask most often: "I'm on Shopify / Shopline / Shopee / Momo — can the WMS integrate with all of them?" This guide walks through the seven marketplace integrations GoWarehouse supports natively (OAuth, order-pull frequency, inventory push, tracking writeback), and explains when custom integrations make sense and what they cost.
The Major Taiwan Marketplaces and How Integration Works
The seven platforms mid-size ecommerce teams in Taiwan use most: Shopee, Momo, Mo+, Coupang, Shopline, LiteShop, and Shopify. GoWarehouse supports all of them natively via OAuth 2.0 — one click in the platform backoffice and you're connected. No engineer required.
The OAuth Flow in 3 Steps
(1) In the GoWarehouse backoffice, pick the platform to connect — you'll be redirected to that platform's login. (2) Sign in and authorize GoWarehouse to access order and inventory data. (3) You're sent back to GoWarehouse, which immediately starts pulling orders. The whole flow takes 3–5 minutes and needs no IT involvement. You can revoke authorization at any time.
Order Pull and Inventory Push Frequency
Order pull: any mix of 5-minute, 15-minute, hourly, or manual triggers — capped by each platform's API rate limit. Inventory push: automatic (pushed on receiving) or manual (one-button sync). During peak season, manual push is recommended to avoid hitting rate limits.
Automatic Tracking-Number Writeback
Once GoWarehouse ships an order, it automatically writes the tracking number back to the originating marketplace — customers see tracking inside the Shopee or Momo backoffice, and the platform fires its own shipment notification SMS/email. No more copy-pasting tracking numbers by hand. Most teams save 20–40 hours a month.
What If the Platform You Use Isn't Natively Supported?
Two options: (1) Use the API yourself — GoWarehouse exposes an OpenAPI, so your engineers can integrate non-native platforms (PChome, Yahoo Auctions, TikTok Shop, Etsy, etc.). (2) Custom integration via our consultants — NT$ 30,000–100,000 per platform, 2–4 weeks lead time.
Frequently Asked Questions
QHow many platforms can I connect at once?
ANo limit. GoWarehouse doesn't charge by platform count — connecting seven costs the same as connecting one.
QCan I connect both Shopify and Shopline?
AYes, both are natively supported. Shopify uses OAuth + the Storefront API; Shopline uses the Shopline Open Platform API. Once authorized, orders pull automatically.
QIs TikTok Shop supported?
ACurrently a custom integration — not one of the seven natively supported platforms. Demand is growing and it's on the roadmap, with native support targeted within 2026.
QI run my own D2C site (not Shopify or Shopline) — can I integrate?
AYes. GoWarehouse exposes an OpenAPI, and your engineers can use webhooks or REST API for two-way sync. Custom integration runs NT$ 30,000–80,000.
QWhat happens if a platform's API changes?
AMaintaining integrations with major platforms is part of the GoWarehouse service contract. When a platform upgrades its API, we update the integration layer proactively — no impact to you.
